Reelfoot Lake Inn

Staff was ok. Room not great, somewhat run down, fridge barely got cold, no door latch, only a very worn and flimsy door knob set (which thankfully did lock), paint peeling, hole in wall by entrance door, fiberglass tub has been very poorly patched (BTW, how does a hole get knocked in a tub?). Room was fairly quiet though could definitely hear people getting ready to leave for work about 5AM. Unfortunately, this is only budget lodging in this area, all other options are much higher priced resorts.

Exceptionally quiet, no frills, everything is in good functional condition, and most importantly, the couple managing the place genuinely cares about making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. It is not luxury, but having driven the whole town, we found it above par for the area. I would definitely stay again. Things to note, the pool was closed for the season & coin op laundry is no longer available. There is a Subway at the local grocery store & other restaurants within 2 miles of the Inn.

The first thing to remember is that 4 & 5 star hotels cost more than $60 per night. The room was very comfortable - I usually get sore from hotel beds, but mine was quite comfortable. Overall, the room was clean and pleasant. My gripe is that there was mildew in the shower curtain and paint above the shower. The tip envelope by the TV wasn't super classy, either. Even so, I had a pleasant experience.

Everyone's experience is different so I won't share my thoughts but I was very pleased with the staff and the assistance provided. I slept comfortably as well. Great view of the lake. Also you can walk across to the lake.

Great place to stay the Inn Keeper was awesome and very polite and helpful. They gave me a bottom floor room for my elderly dad and I which was helpful helping him in and out of the truck. Perfect place to stay and rest if fishing as it was a gorgeous view of the eastern sun rising on the water from our rooms window. I stayed here for a 2nd time over the Weekend. The 1st time was In 2020. This time I brought a Dog. The Owner (or check in Mgr) was Very polite and accomodating when I told him about the dog. Pet fee was quite reasonable. They will however put you in a Smoking room if you have a Pet even if you don't smoke. It Wasn't so bad actually. Got a downstairs room and everything worked. I do wish there had been a table and chairs where there was None. Just a desk and chair against the wall. King sized bed was quite comfortable for What you Pay. Pool was closed down but no surprise there. They could Use a lock upgrade on some of their doors looks like ...along with a new coat of Paint on the inside of some of them. Lots of grassy area to chill or roam. Nobody bothered anybody. I Was disappointed they didn't at least have coffee On the Premises in the lobby (nor coffee makers in the room) for one who likes a Breakfast bar which is why i will giving the otherwise Good service 4 stars instead of 5. ..but I chalk that up as a temporary situation. There are 2 convenience stores just up the road. Motel is a Very laid back and relaxing no frills atmosphere

Sam the manager and his family were a total delight. The room was huge. Loved the dresser/TV stand. My significant other and I were so impressed by this feature, we're looking for one to put in our home. The location was and is absolutely perfect. We will be back.

Right by the water. So the location is perfect . Rooms are decent. They have a fridge n TV n coffee pot. Service is always great . Very kind. Workers. Clean rooms. (I do wonder if they will have the pool going again. ) I didn't check this time. But I do get rooms here often.
